Pineapple Mustard

Sharp and Tangy, use this with any fried appetizers.

I got one little disclaimer for this one:

I use Kosciusko Mustard exclusively in my recipes, it's considered a spicy, brown mustard. If you turn it into a salad dressing, I only use Hellman's mayonaise. That doesn't mean that these are the best, but they're the best for me. If you use a different mustard or mayo. in my recipes, you'll obtain a different flavor.

After thining about this some more, I've come to the conclusion that you could add a lot of different fruits to a good, apicy mustard. However, if you use something like Cranberries that aren't too sweet, you might have to adjust with a little bit of honey.

You could also add some sour cream and mayonaise to turn this into a salad dressing.
