Hi, I'm Cap'n Ron, and I'm as serious a "FOODIE" as you are.

Have you ever been to a catered afair and ate a sandwich before you went. You did this because you expected the standard "catered" food.

I REFUSE to purchase any pre-made hors d'oeuvres. Every item that I serve is made by me and/or my staff to my exacting standards. you could have a party once each week, and I'll still be able to come up with some new and exciting combnination of flavors that will wow you guests.

Although I cook a lot with my line of Seasoning Blends called Butt Kickin' Blacken, the foods I cook for clients does not include any of these spice blends. I believe in complex flavors, not just hot and spicy.

I've been cooking privately, in the Chraleton area for the past 10 years. No party is too large or too small. I've catered buffet parties for 400 guests, and dinner for 2. So give me a call no matter what type of a party you may be having.

Shrimp Dip in a Bread Bowl

"While visiting my son in Charleston, I had Cap'n Ron make a Shrimp Dip for me to bring to a party. He made 2 bread bowls, furnished me with silver platters, and a pan to re-heat, if needed. I placed the first one on the table, and everyone loved it. After 30 minutes, I went to place the other bread bowl on the table, and couldn't find it. It seems they had quickly gone through the first one, and my son had already served the second. Needless to say, this dip was the HIT of the party. I'll definitely be using Cap'n Ron's services again."

Bailey's Irish Cream Mousse Pie

"I'd attended 4 St. Patty's Day parties prior to being at one that Cap'n Ron catered. His food was by far the best of the group.... I would recommend his food unconditionally to anyone."

Smoked Salmon Crostini

"I would like to congratulate you on the superb job you did in both preparing and presenting the gourmet delights for our 50th wedding anniversary in June 2009. We received a lot of unsolicited favorable comments from many of our guests...

We look forward to having you cater our next party or somebody else's party where we might be invited!

Keep up the good work."

"Thanks Cap'n Ron for a great party. We were very pleased with your short notice efforts to supply our group (Cape Fear Power Squadron) with a Dock Party last week.

I called only 24 hours before and dumped this all on you and it was the best party we had our 10 days out. Everyone measured other parties by yours and you finished way out front. The menu was well thought out and every item was the best. Thanks very much for all your efforts; you really got me out of a jam. We look forward to using your services for our next engagement."

I had Cap'n Ron cook a Low Country Boil for People that helped during the building of the Spirit of Sout Carolina. We eat Low Country Boil quite often at larger functions here in Careslton, and were amazed how the Cap'n brought it to another level of goodness. Thanks, for a job well done.
