Butt Kickin' Bacon / Shrimp Pops


  • 1/2 Pound Thick-sliced Bacon
  • 1 Pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cap'n Ron's Butt Kickin' Blacken, to taste
  • 6" or 8" Wooden Skewers

1. Mix up a "rub" of the Blacken and the Dark Brown Sugar.

2. Cut the bacon into thirds. Place one shrimp wrapped in bacon on a skewer.

3. Sprinkle a little of the Rub on both sides of each shrimp skewer. Grill on high for 2-3 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
