The cost of hiring a Personal Chef is really quite reasonable. All you're paying for in addition to the cost of food, is labor.

A Personal Chef
Prepares food in your home.
Can come to your house once each week, or on a pre-set schedule, cook multiple meals, freeze them, and leave detailed instructions on reheating, and serving.
Can help you host your next Dinner Party.
Can prepare all of the food for your next large, Hors d'Oeuvres, or Cocktail Party.
Cooks all food to your personal tastes and dietary requirements.
Can work with you to provide any level of service you require.
Can make your life easier.
Do you work the long hours that don't permit time to cook a nice meal when you get home? A Personal Chef can come into your home on a scheduled basis to prepare four or five meals for later in the week. Your Personal Chef will prepare the meals, freeze them, and leave detailed instructions for re-heating, adding simpe sides, and how to serve.
Have you ever had company staying at your house over a long weekend? Your Personal Chef can set up meals that will let you spend very little time cooking.
Are you here in Charleston, SC area for vacation? Do you REALLY want to have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen? Your Personal Chef can provide any level of service that you might require. Services can include: shopping, cooking, serving, and cleanup.
How many times have you had a big party at your house, and ended up totally frazzled, trying to coordinate every aspect of your party, in addition to not being able to enjoy your own party? Wouldn't it be nice to have someone else do all of the cooking and cleanup? You can now make a choice, and be as involved in this aspect of your party as you would like.
I CAN HELP
Putting on a party for 50 or more guests can be a lot of work, let me help, so you can enjoy your guests at your party. You can spend your time decorating and getting ready while we do all or part of the food.
Here are some of the services that we can provide:
- Pre-Party consulting:
I'll come over to your house, to discuss what types of food you like to have, what type of party you want, and how you'd like to serve the food.
- I'll do all of the shopping.
I can either do all the shopping, or provide you with a detailed list of the products I'll need, including the specific varieties, and where to purchase them.
- I'll come over to your house the day of the party and do all of the cooking.
You can help if you'ld like, but it's not necessary. I'm always open to answering questions about recipies and techniques.
Or,
I can come to your house the day prior to your party and get all of the food prepared, leaving you to cook or re-heat, and plate at your party.
Or,
I can supply the food, made in an outside facility, with instructions on how to re-heat and serve.
- After the party.
Full cleanup is included, you won't even have to do dishes after your party. I'll clean up the day of, then be back the next day to take care of any additional mess relating to the food.
