Desserts Recipes aren't my forte', but I do make them. Quite often I'll make a nice bowl of berries with some type of sauce. I really don't like making or serving a heavy, fanct dessert that takes away from the great food I'vew cooked for a main course. I've even found that, once in a while, I can even include my spice blend, Butt Kickin' Blacken in a dessert, can be an interesting flavor combinaion.
