Cajun Shrimp
- 1 Pound Shrimp, 30 - 40 count, peeled, raw
- 8 Skewers
- Cap'n Ron's Butt Kickin' Blacken
- Sauce to Drizzle On, see notes
- Chipotle Sauce, optional
- Citrus Sauce, optional
1.Thread the shrimp by going first through the tail, then through the thicker part
2. Sprinkle some blacken on, don’t use too much.
3. Set them on a hot grill and cook 1 - 2 minutes per side.
4. Serve immediately or at room temperature with a little sauce.
