We've already had days in the 90's so it's a great time to think about cooking out!

Salmon is quite popular, and is Soooo easy to cook. Just a little Butt Kickin; Blacken turns it into something really special.

Some of the flavors that I've come up with are Cheddar / Jalapeno, Ghost Cheddar, Wasabi-Yaki, Garlyque, and a Garlic Parmesan. All are in powder form that you'll add liquid to. There are a total of 10 mixes, including 5 Cheddar variations.



Blacken Seasonings are all about flavor. You can use them for Cajun Cooking, Tex-Mex, on a Grill, or in a Fry Pan. They're great on Chicken, Fish, Pork, Steak, Well just about everything. I quite often use my Steakhouse Seasoning with vegetables of potatoes.
